5/1/2023 0 Comments Blue blocks midgard![]() So Mimir is finally here and it is the first of the new generation of Bifrost architecture parts which replace the current Midgard GPUs. Yes the new generation of Mali graphics is here and it has a lot of changes from the last ones SemiAccurate told you about. Thanks for contributing to my post. What do you get when you multiply current ARM GPUs by 1.5? You get Mimir also known as Mali-G71. Either way your point that this is my fault is invalid. This is either a broken game or incredibly poor game design. As I also stated earlier I fully understand the game mechanics as well as the requirements presented by this particular boss. Unfortunately, I am not! I have played many ARPG style games and have never needed to play the game on easy. I just do not support the idea of "I am dying.so the devs need to patch the game." You're argument would have more validity if I were the only person experiencing the problem. ![]() Perhaps setting the game to easy will make it seem more like normal to you. Have you tried setting the game to easy and trying that? Earlier you stated, "esentially you are fighting a Hard level boss on normal". The Bosses dont seem to be lvl locked so leveling the traditional way to defeat a difficult boss will not work here If you read my previous response you will see that my character is now lvl 4 with pretty good gear. You have to be more strategic by staying in the warming areas, attacking when there is an opportunity, using ranged if possible, and destroying summons as soon as you can. If you try to just go straight up melee against that boss, you will be crushed as the exposure level will kill you almost certainly. If a few levels and better equipment do not solve the issue, I suspect it is an issue with not understanding the battle mechanics as RagnarokGaming mentioned. I am currently working on the 3rd or 4th. Using the equipment I got from it, I was able to take out the second almost immediately. I needed about 3 - 4 levels to defeat the first. I am not far enough to say if that holds true in all cases but found that it did for the first few bosses. As FFreestyleRR stated, the bosses do appear to be level locked at least in most cases. Did you read my previous response?Grinding levels is not a solution. I actually liked the challenge and need to grind/prepare for the bosses. After gaining a few levels and getting a better weapon, it wasn't hard anymore. However, I took that to mean that the game was designed for me to grind levels and equipment first. Why haven't we seen a patch sense September? Its a shame because I like the combat system and the game is beautiful, but the boss monsters, at least the first one, is broken and the character classes need rebalancing. I may have to set the game aside because of this problem. I am not discounting your experience but that doesn't help to explain what I and others have witnessed. The weaker I get, the more adds he generates. The problem is the bosses are not level locked and melee characters are underpowered. I have never had an issue like this with any other ARPG. I know of others having the same problem, the game is broken. I am lvl 4 with decent gear and I still have yet to kill Jokul.
